In MW4...

Ultra's ALWAYS shot twice, with a .25 second delay between shots at the cost of range, tonnage, accuracy with the fire delay and using twice the ammo. Cannot fire just a single shot, ever.

RAC's Jammed after a certain period of time of holding down the trigger. Both are better systems then MW:O has currently.

Why are we still using this rediculous random chance BS instead of the heat system that was used in MW4.

Err... MW4 didn't use any kind of heat system for UAC's... it didn't have any kind of jamming for UAC's at all.

In MW4, UAC's fired two shots one right after another... And with the netcode, they were largely garbage guns. The second shot would essentially always miss. Generally, for competitive play, if you were using autocannons you were using the LBX, or actually the standard IS AC.

The UAC's in MW4 were total trash... perhaps you are confusing them with the RAC's which were introduced in an expansion pack, and jammed if you fired them for too long.

Can they legally use a previous publishers work under the licence?

Pretty sure thats a copyright thing isn't it?

Eh, probably not. MWO has the AC, MG, and pulse lasers mechanics from MW:LL, but MW:LL is a different setup, damage values, and has a different armor system for their weapon mechanics to work best with.

it fires too fast. If they are not going to give you the option of the single fire speed, then they need to reduce the fire rate a bit and reduce the jam chance as well. If you roll the dice right and don't jam, 3 of these put out more DPS that anything else in game.

I think that is too UAC5 jamming and the worst is that especially in the most critical time of need and action. And unjamming time leaves you helpless for 5 seconds (imagine if after waiting 5 seconds, then you start shooting and jamming again??)))

I think it's too inconsistent for a shot after the UAC5, jamming. It would be more logical and realistic that after so many shots UAC5 jamming.
