Of all of the complaints about MWO this is the most valid, and one I will always agree with. Their Marketing of anything with the game is horrible. Who does the Marketing? PGI or IGP? I would think its IGP as they are the publisher.

Its as if they are just leaving it up the the Dev and QA teams to come up with these :-) And Im QA! ;-)

I have over 40 mech bays and mechs But only one Hero right now. I will buy one or two more eventually.. but they devalue them by over saturating a currently shallow game with paid items. I will be playing Titanfall in a month or so and I just hope I care about this game in 2015 when there’s a reason to put in 100s of hours… I hope… I'll still play and unlock mechs until then for hope of a structured game….. BUT I just won’t spend a dime till I see content and structure to this death match..

Haha mine too.... but this text box on the website is a mess for me... So much easier for to type in word and then copy it.... but then I couldn't enlarge the text...lol... ill check Mozilla to see if its the same... it misses half the letters I type then I have to re type them... not good

I hear that Titanfall is only 6v6 PvP Arenas and doesn't even have a single player campaign.

None of them. The yellow on Grid Iron is slightly brighter than Tumeric and a little darker than Maize. Sulpher comes out a little greener than it as well.

If you are using a full browser, you can drag the bottom right corner to make it bigger. Mobile browsers suck and don't do that, though.

is it just me or is the MC cost for this hero mech a touch expensive compared to the others & also how much you can buy for a normal hunchie - plus the bobble head I love just 500MC for it?? maybe extra 250 but for 500 it just seems like a cash grab when PGI should be trying to encourage buying by adding incentives ie buy the gridiron now & get a free boblehead

Have you looked at the prices for the other cockpit items? Why are you even complaining then if you have. I like everyone's broken record cash grab remarks nowadays. #cashgrab

why because they are making out it is a good deal when really it is only slightly discounted at best which means it is not a good deal at all........................................................................... And when they could use some good PR then this would go towards it

I'm not in marketing. But even I know that if few people are buying what you are selling. You do not up prices to get as much money out of these few as you can. You drop the prices to get as many people to buy them as you can. (Come on guys, do these things really cost THAT MUCH to make. )

Yet there were MEANY things wrong with that game. Hounds (Mechs) with legs couldn't step over rocks that only went up to their ANKLES. Hound builds that defy the laws of physics and so on.

you know if PGI and IGP want to encourage me to spend money on digital content, then they need to give me more reasons then it comes with a shiny finish or has a limited edition doll. Let me pilot the freaking thing! If they were to add a hero to the trial rotations instead of just the (c) variants of ones I can purchase I might be more inclined to buy a new one. I admit I bought the Ilya and the X-5 and so far the Ilya has been worth the money, the X-5 not so much. If I had gotten to try them first then may I would have picked somthing different, like say Heavy Metal or Pretty Baby. Right now I have a mech in my bay that I hardly use and I dont wish to sell it cause the cbills I would get dont even come close to the 3k MC (or 14.95USD) I spent on the thing.
