As above - would help balance the AC20 especially now that slower shots are easier to miss.

If you fired it at 270m it's going to take the shot about 0.1s extra to hit.

I doubt that'll make you significantly miss more than you already do (or can't compensate by very slightly leading your shots).

No need to add ammo dude... lead your shots better given the slower rate of velocity for the weapon tuning by the Devs. I've been dealing with their tuning since Closed Beta... you learn to adjust.

Everyone cried about the AC20 / AC40 Jagers and now the AC20 got Nerfed back to closed beta stats. So progressing? No not really just going backwards, may as well undo all their silly changes like GHOST HEAT!

Won't happen... here's why: Look at ammo loads for all the other ACs. They all have a maximum damage potential of 150 points (AC10x15, AC5x30, AC2x75). Only the AC20 has a potential that is less than other ACs... 140 points (7x20). If after they nerf the weapon to make it less usable do you really think they will make it better by giving it a 160 point potential? Nope... never happen.

Cannon says no, 7 Shots per ton, but then again lots of things arnt cannon,
Tell me why its the most powerful auto cannon in the game &
why it should have the most damage per ton of ammo?

I dont think i've ever had issues running out of ammo with an AC20 (aside from putting it on a raven). the speed change wont have much impact, aside from shooting moving light mechs.

The reduction is significant. I imagine it should have significant impact on ranged shots (>200M) especially on moving targets.

I find it funny that it took the 8 months to undo their PPC buffs, and that this was still one of the biggest milestones in the game's history.

The word that indicates your source is canon, a cannon is what the AC20 is
