This Orion has issues regarding available slots and often bugs out. Please fix your game PGI.

It's not limited to the Orion. If you have trouble with the loadout throwing a red warning try stripping it several times, sometimes items overlap each other.
Also: support ticket's are awesome, try it.

This is a mechlab bug where you can add equipment over 1 too many slots, covering one actually taken ES/FF slot. Been reported numerous times.
