have been playing just fine ever sense I downloaded this game years ago.
never had any problems with patches.
Ive been playing just fine today, but I try to log in a few hours later, and I get this odd message:
"FRead did not read expected number of bytes. 1380 out of 0 bytes read"
There wasnt a patch or anything between when I played earlier and now (that I know of 0_o ) and have never had any problems with this game before.
This message pops up right after I hit the big blue "play" button.
I appreciate your time and feedback

My exact situation.
Been playing since closed beta and never a problem.
Played fine less than 24 hours ago.
CryEngine Error
"FRead did not read expected number of byte from file, only 128 of 0 bytes read"
Was there a stealth hotfix that borked our machines?
