Yeah, it was kinda a wreck in comparison to the books. Still lovable. Atleast for its campyness. And the campyness the sequels that came out after it had.

Bless you 2 AM

It'd still be better with Michael Ironside in it. :)

I will give up Canadas entire stockpile of Maple Syrup, Saskatoon Berries, and Montreal Steak Spice if someone opens a Chili's or an In-and-Out down the street from me. Just sayin'.

Good luck with in and out. It's a family owned franchise that's very selective and only operates in west coats area :P

I feel your pain,

I'm just 2 hours

from an In-N-Out and it's

not close enough.

Can't imagine how

hard it must be for you.

I remember the lines when they opened the first In-N-Out up in this city a few years back. I knew people who skipped school so they could get lunch there, all was forgiven when they brought their teacher lunch. They did that when crispy creme opened up too.

Or improves things that are already awesome. He made the C&C3 GDI campaign extra epic.

Excuse me, but don't the moderators in this forum keep people on topic. Or, what exactly is their role here on MWO forum? This thread was supposed to be about the purported neglect of PGI/IGP employees. They need to be respected and treated with dignity if this game is to be fixed into a form that resembles something approaching adequate.

I find both the OPs premise and the pretense of the OPs referenced website both flipping hilarious and nauseating...

As an Operations Manager I see first hand how much particular (not all) employees overestimate their importance and value to a company. The salary expectations of unproven new-hires is laughable. Their entitlement mentality is dumbfounding... Not sure when it happened but it seems employees somewhere began to think they are doing the company a favor by being an employee and not the other way around...

Employment prospect: "Yes, I'd love to work here but I will need a salary commensurate with a 8 year veteran, a months vacation, full medical and dental, and a childcare stipend. Oh, and by the way, while I know you need to hire someone right now... I can work for one week but then I have to take a month off for a vacation I've planned but have not committed any money to yet. I realize you have other employees to interview but if you can let me know if I have the job before noon that would be great... I've got a tee-time at 12:30 and I don't answer my cell when I'm golfing... Oh and before I leave can you validate my parking stub?"

Not saying every employer is innocent of hubris and I'd be a fool the attempt to infer employers do not squeeze their employees... But man... the employee entitlement seems to get progressively worse and worse every year.

I got to the number two position in the company I work for by working hard, being innovative and effective. I just flipping lose it when an employment candidate saunters in, flash their Bachelors Degree, expose the chip on their shoulder and expect me to kowtow to their benevolence...

Wow... where did that soapbox come from? :)

GD forumites are horrible litter bugs. Well, at least it isn't rotten this time. I think Roadbeer went through ten when he wrote "Why you're probably wrong about..." They did make for excellent kindling afterward.
