just a question. but how are you using lore unit names? Isn't that a violation for unit creation

A variation of a canon name is allowed.

One of Niko's examples: "Canadian Wolf's Dragoons" is allowed, "Wolf's Dragoons" is not. We and other Clan units chose a name like "Clan Wolf International" for our in-game unit, though we are still representing canon units like Alpha and Omega Galaxies.

Is there a coordination effort for Wolf Clan Team to work together? is this the right place?

Yes, and most units have a presence on the Strana Mechty (clan hub) TS server for coordinating as well.
