That's a negative. If you were running a quad core, maybe, but without the CPU power to bolster your FPS at low resolutions, that's going to be a no-go.

Is this a PC or laptop?

My guess is it will be a little choppy since the video card lacks some dedicated memory. You could probably get by for awhile, but in time you might want to upgrade.

Minimum specs usually specify what you can have for a decent experience. They aren't the cutoff though

Definitely not. No matter how much CPU power you put behind it, that 4250 isn't going to cut it. Even with a Phenom II behind it, it'll barely run Left 4 Dead at low settings, anything based off of CryEngine 3 is going to eat it alive.

intel i5 520m 2.4 ghz boost to 2.9ghz (dual core)

Radeon Ati 5650 I gig dedicated memory

4gig ram

Windows 7

Yup a laptop I work overseas and have to take my gaming with me. Also I work in Thailand so it's super hot and the only way I can run this thing is with a huge box fan blowing on it fullspeed to keep it cool. Ran Crysis 2 just fine, but the specs are a bit lower for that.
