Advanced Target Info Gathering

An advanced level of Target Info Gathering module would be nice; and I imagine it would be easy to implement.

Decreases the amount of time needed for detailed target information by an additional 10%, for a total of 35%. 10,000 GXP for the advanced level sounds fair to me.

I tried searching and could not find anything on this subject.

Thoughts?

I suppose that an advanced level of TIG is a must. And with additional improvement by 25% at least.
