Corsair M65/M95 (M60/M90 for that matter) are great mouses (yes i said mouses not mice!) if you can live with the crappy software, it works but you gotta figure it out, but hardware wise, these mouses are superb, best i've used.

other suggestions would be logitech Gx00 (insert a number in x), those are great, G600 is one of the most popular.

Razer, cool stuff, some like em, some dont, i personally liked them before, but i feel like their quality has gone down from before.

Cyborg RATs are cool looking, decent mouses, but weird to hold at times, it's really "flat"

remember, DPI really doesn't mean crap, it's a marketing thing more than anything, realistically you wont even use over 3k and these mouse offer upto 8k.... what matters most is the tracking and consistency, both of which aren't numbers. and also how the mouse feels to you in your hand while you move it. best way is to go to your local computer store that has mouse on display and just try them in your hand first. pick a few you like, then research on them.

Seconded on Silpher's observation of Razer products. They're functionally reasonably nice, but they're also made of tissue paper, and have a habit of breaking when you look at them wrong (don't even get me started on the Carcharias; great sound, cardboard construction).

I mean, seconded on the whole post, but especially that part.

I got this mouse from Fry's on sale for 20.00. It has weights a real good fit in my hand. On the fly d I've really enioyed it notice a great improvement over my wireless mouse.

I have owned and used a logitech G600, G500 and razer naga. I absolutely love the G500 and G600, they are both sturdy have excellent build quality and are comfortable for hours of use. The razer naga was a disappointing product for me, it didn't last more then 6 months before the thumb panel broke. I won't buy one of those again, very uncomfortable mouse for people with huge hands I might add. I gave my G500 to my best friend, he really likes it. I currently use the G600 because I play a lot of games that require tons of buttons to play. Some of them require macros and the G600 works properly, I could never get the razer naga to properly run macros at all.
