I have tryed many times to enter a mach but the cryengine`s memory fails if you have this problem add to this post or hit the like icon

Yeah...that's not how support works.
First: make sure your drivers are up-to-date and run the repair tool.
Second: submit a support ticket with as much information about the problem as you can give.
Third: hope for the best
