JR7-D(S)
4 Medium Lasers
2 SSrms
My JR7- D or F (Forgot) and Stalker 5M get honorables, but I've had more 300-650 matches with it than I can count.
And I just got I 1331 damage match with it!

Hell, that is a tough decision...

Right now I enjoy piloting the EMBER the most, so I'll stick with that little guy:
4x ML
4x MG (2 tons of ammo)
XL 295
11DHS, FF Armor and Endo Steel
5x JJ

RIP:
CPLT-C1
JESTER
You served me well and together we fought in a LOT of battles. I will never forget you. :P

sooo....... are you carrying 17 tons of ammo in that........? And why in the heck would you use a standard engine in the most XL friendly chassis in the game?

ON-1P Protector running 3 Large Lasers and an LBX-10 on a 300 Std. I'm well over usable Xp on it by some 100 000. Wouldn't get rid of it for all the world.

I love my mechs... but honestly I can't go past the Spider 5D with an ERPPC, a ML and max speed.

Very close race between it and the 5V though.

It's only ECM that gets it over the line.

My HBK-4G(F). No question. I love that mech; I always go back to it after a hiatus satisfying my Steiner assault cravings or Commie cravings. Dat AC/20, 'nuff said. It also looks baller and is one of the few reasonably scaled mechs.

I love the OXIDE: it can roll across terrain most mech get hung up on! can smack faces with srms and get away. A fragile little Pain in the arse to enemy pilots. The Com 2-D With ECM is a little WASP with a big stinger and helpful to the team. I like many of the mechs but the oxide is a fun little mech. I am confident that against alot of med to heavy mechs and some other lights as well in a 1 on 1 fight with no outside interaction your arse is mine!!

Well, if I can only keep 1 mech it doesn't matter how many C-bills or GXP I'm earning in it does it now?

So I'm going for fun. And I have the most fun when i'm running my Jenner-7F, hands down.

Easy one: I' keep my Ilya Murromets:

XL 280
3x SL
3x LBX 10 + 6T of ammo (2 in each leg, 1 in each arm)

Grouping the arm LBX to group 1 the ST LB to group 2 alternating their fire and having the SL as backup on group 3.

Even if I have a really bad run I usually dish out at least 300 DMG and score a kill before going down.

When all goes according to plan I come out with 4+ kills and several assists and between 600 and 1k dmg depending on the number of assaults I run into, especially stalkers eat a lot before going down.

But the true reason is the effect when you catch the enemy by surprise with this beast: Pilots inexperienced with that situation will just be stunned by panic and their brain will freeze and you can literally see that as they will either start to move backwards and fire their weapons madly without aiming or even more foolish turn around to run which is the faster death by crit hits into the backside. That is just priceless.

Mine would be the Catapult-K2.

2 ERPPCs and 2 Large Lasers. 300 XL Engine.

This is my favorite Mech in this game. High, Arm mounted ERPPCs. Very safe for running an XL Engine. The Large Lasers are almost Heat Neutral when fired by themselves.

Many have tried! (And it's my Griffin and Remember that get legged. I always die by torso destruction in my Shad..... usually after losing both arms, and almost all of my armor everywhere else, then my CT or ST might get popped. But the number of matches I have lived through in that thing where my mech was naked and orange except for one pant leg and the head......it's just crazy. (And some of my best matches have been ones where I got stripped and cored early, remembered to be a little cautious, and bam...... 3-4 more kills after I shoulda been dead)

I tired to love the Wolverine...but I can't help thinking it looks like the love child of a Thunderbolt and a brick

This is a difficult one because I have quite a few mechs that I like, but if I had to pick one to keep, it would be the Catapult K2.

I like the Catapults
The K2 has dual ballistic points that can handle any size ballistic
Has great torso twist
Is quick for a heavy

It does have a bit squishy of a CT, but the latest hitbox tweak seems to have helped anyway.

Still, that would be the one I'd keep.
