Accidental, Shrug it off, stuff happens in a fight, especially with ecm and consumable strikes.
Intentionally, tbh, depends how I'm feeling at the moment reporting-wise. First offence of ff, type in team-chat, "watch the ff". After that, screenshots all the way. Of course, if engaged in a Zellbrigen duel, then ff doesn't matter if they're your opponent.

Well this thread is about to be hit with the moderation hammer...
I would say an actual IN GAME report tool function would calm most of these children right down.
Officially, you're supposed to report and not retaliate.

If it's accidental, ignore it and hope for an apology. Hope, because the offender is not always aware of an accidental TK until the end result screen.
If it is intentional, there is only one way you should handle the situation:
You write a ticket to support@mwomercs.com or use the web-ticket system. In that ticket you include the following information:
- name of offending player
- type of offense (in this case Teamkill)
- map played
- date, time and timezone
- other players involved (witnesses)
- screenshots
- links to video or other material that might prove usefull to the GMs to handle the situation.
Do not try to police it yourself. That's the duty of the GMs.
Your only duty is to play the game and to enjoy yourself. So forget about the unpleasent round after you filed the report and jump into the next match.
