I'm having similar issues with CC and Paypal payment. First the CC wouldn't process so I switched to Paypal. That when through, but when I just checked account information a minute ago the transaction had been cancelled by PaySpan and the money refunded?

Are the issues with payment related to browsers (which is implied by some posts) or is the problem stemming from the PaySpan system?

I don't want to be double or triple billed so continually processing payments seems silly at this point.

Apparently its an issue when using Safari. If you have MAC OS, and trying to pay, download www.google.com/chrome (Chrome). This browser has no issues.
