been trying for four hours to buy this thing i get denied over and over, is there some trick? I have been to the bank and called paypal, they both tell me the problem is here.

It only worked after i verified my paypal and used my bank account to pay.

I'm still waiting for an answer. The email from ultimate pay says they are waiting on MWO to accept payment. Seems like everyone has got their founders pack but me :P

I cant purchase the elite package. Keep getting decline so Im not sure what the problem is.

Can't purchase either, CC keeps being declined, works on other video games websites fine, like World of Tanks

Got the same issue here. I have payment waiting for completion in my account, but the form said it was declined. Any info on what's going on? Kinda frightening that no one is responding to the issue.

EDIT: Got it to work with Firefox, not sure why but hope this gets fixed for everyone.

I just bought some gold on World of Tanks, since it uses the same company and that worked fine, so i have emailed Ultimate Pay to ask why it is not working for MWO... all i can do really

I am having the same issue. I received an error when going through payment but later received an email from Paypal showing that the order went through. How do we resolve this?

same issue as others above. Unable to purchase with two different CC or Paypal. CC say declined and Paypal cancels after finishing.

I can't even get to the pay screen, I think it's my website account because i've tried it on 2 computers and it just wont take me past the main purchase page. I don't even get to pick a mech (Elite).

At least for yesterday, it appears that the site was just overwhelmed. After waiting a couple hours, I tried again, and had no issues. From the sounds of others, just keep trying every couple hours, and you should get it.

Still no luck. I can't purchase any of them. I can go to where you pick which package you want but if I click on the Elite package (which I want) but nothign happens. I've tried dropping the Firewall, different browsers and so on but nothing. I've tried this on 2 computers with the same issue which is why I think it's this website account. I'm wondering if I should just create a new profile.

Still cannot purchase the legendary founders, if i miss out i will not be playing this game sadly

I had a problem where I got a receipt for the payment but ultimatepay charged me twice. So working with them to get that second charge off. Hopefully it is sorted out soon. Guess it was the same problem of their site not able to take the sudden load.

Failed multiple times in chrome, but got it working in internet explorer.
