All three of my cards DECLINED!!

:)

What gives?

Any other UK ppls having the same problem?

if using firefox with noscript try "Temporarily Allow All". Once I tried that it went through fine.

Call your credit card company. When paying through paypal with credit card I got a rejection notice, but I recieved the usual payspan email comfirming my purchase. Since I ran my card twice, I made a call and they comfirmed the first payment and credited back the second. So if you ran three cards, you might want to make a phone call or three.

I called both paypal and playspan. The lady knew it was for MWO before I said anything, they're having a big problem right now and the advice was to wait an hour so they can sort it out.

I had issues with my card as well. My girlfriends appears to have gone through. (Assuming I have my little badge.)

I called PlaySpan regarding the continuous rejections. They said it was an issue between MWO and PlaySpan. Basically, the invoice was being generated by MWO/PayPal, but not created on PlaySpan's side. So the purchase could not be validated. They said it was due to over-whelming traffic and the issue would be rectified soon. Sucks, because it took me 41 minutes to get through and finally make a purchase. Otherwise I would have had it done at 1002 PST. :)

Again, after about 30-45 minutes I was able to FINALLY make a payment with PayPal.

After 4 cancellations, my PayPal payment finally went through.
That's after about 5 attempts with one credit card, and about 6 attempts with another.
As of 11:51, still not showing a founder's tag.

Pretty much this. The nice lady on the phone called it an 'integration issue'. I think they're just getting buried under credit/paypal requests.

im curently deployed in Afghanistan right now so one of my cards (Visa) is set up for a APO address witch is not supported... and my other card is American Express... which is not on the list for acceptable credit cards. HELP!

I also had two of my cards declined. I was able to go through Pay Pal and received a confirmation from Pay Pal and my bank. I have no confirmation I have received my package.

To the devs,
Can you send E-Mails confirming you have received the payment for the founder's package? I am afraid I sent my payment through but the site immediately crashed which may caused my transaction to be lost in the process. Thanks.

Took me about 45 min to get one of my cards thru, guess they are not setup for that mainly transactions at once

Two different cards (CC & debit card) failed repeatedly.I ended up having to go through paypal. That one went through on the second attempt. Sounds like it is just really slow.

called and after waiting for the other hundred mwo complaint calls I talked with one of the csr's at PlaySpan and it seems that they are well aware of an issue with it. They said they and I quote "hopefully will have a solution by the end of the day", take it for what it is. Anyway, best of luck to us all, hopefully we can get ours to go through at some point. Heard through another person that they are only having issues with the Legenary pack sadly.

if you get the founder's tag, most likely it went thru, took me 45 min to get a card thru . but got a confirmation after processing and my tag showed up in the forums right away
