You are right with that. But maybe what seems to be a very short downtime is just a disconnect to refresh clients with the new xp gain. So whereas before the hardware had to be shut down, now it doesnt. I think something like this may be the case.

Which still goes against what we were told. Was UI2.0 the first step towards ending server downtime? That I could understand better. "Coming soon, the new Server Update Module... expect this shortly after the Launch Module and hopefully before CW"

Erm, so you want to change the data on a server while clients do access it?
I mean even 24/7 gas stations do have a short break for billing every 24h. Do you sue them?
