How hard is it for the devs to understand that quite a few players (most I hope) are in the mechlab 90% of the time. The focus of the UI should be the mechlab. All relevant info about the selected mech should be on the screen at the same time. Even info that UI1.0 didn't have like ammo counts. The charts and graphs are nice to look at but they are not as important as other info. Want to make them better? Put in a comparison mode so you can look at 2 mechs charts and graphs at the same time. And please bring back double click to add or subtract items. So much faster!

Mechlab needs to be the focus. Just take a look at MechWarrior 2's mechlab. Very nice.

The dude who programmed the mechlab has never built a mech, nor did he intend to ever do so. Otherwise, even a mockey could have come up with a more intuitive interface flow.
