The lore art for the Arctic Cheetah has MASSIVE shoulders.....but otherwise is pretty much just another run-of-the-mill man shaped 'mech. Best case scenario will give us a scaled down Firestarter or scaled up Commando.......worst case will be an upsized Mist Lynx with HUGE laser arms and torso launchers that make it easy to hit.

With JJs everything is high mounted :-) Though I fear that with 6 JJs there will not be enough tonnage for two CERPPCs. Aren't there better builds? C variant looks like a lot of fun, with 7 energy hardpoints your loadout may be 3xCERML+4xCERSL, JJs and some heat sinks. If we get fixed flamer again (Russ, please, don't do this!) you can do 6CERML - something I am running at my Stormcrow with considerable success.
Or perhaps 2xSRM6s and 4xCERML... This thing looks very dangerous.

The page already lists how much pod space and what is and isn't hardlocked. The only hardlocked equipment to worry about are the jump jets and yes, there is not enough space for 2 x CERPPC with full armor. If we want to run ECM then we are going to be limited to only 6 or 7 tons.
Basically boating CSPL/CERSL will be very effective--the mech will be lacking one "true DHS" still though due to the engine size.

Yeah, I posted a decent match last night on counter attack...14 kills 31 assists and 2500 damage. Had 21 component destructions...lol.
