Well, since the 4th february's patch, we've had this problem with in-game disconnects, that aren't considered as dead players, forcing the opposing team to start a search on the whole map to find the last, disconnected mech and kill it to end the match.
This issue is not only increasing the time a match takes to end, but it also generates some frustrating circumstances, like this one:

So, how long do we have to wait to get this bug fixed?
You know, it's pretty lame to read that "DEFEAT", when the entire enemy team is dead...
