Sounds like fun, maybe I'll try that on a Quickdraw since I haven't driven my QKDs in ages

I love those battles. Tried to do something similar with my Jester, two large pulses and a few medium pulses, it is 6 kmph slower but has one JJ.

2 x LPL, 2 x ML, a handful of JJs and a standard engine taking me up to 89kph on my Thunderbolt 9SE. Good times.

with extra range on LPL and MEdPl that build get a nice boost. Range was always an issue

Don't you find heat an issue with this build?

I found the 2xLPL and 2xML made heat more manageable. Do you guys use an AMS?

With the 2xML+2xLPL mix, you can add AMS easily, and the heat is not as bad.

That is very impressive damage :D Perhaps I should learn to drive mine better

(There should be an achievement for total damage and 1500+ qualifies for the top one if you ask me)

I suppose you have this FLAME XL350 although FLAME STD295 might be a nice alternative for the slower minded player...

Heat can be an issue, but this mech is used for skirmish, fast into battle, unload hell then back out again.

I really don't find the XL an issue, due to the high speed and the tactics the damage spreads around the mech nicely.

I've ran matches where i've had my armour stripped from every part and still survived and won the game.

Legs take a beating on this mech though and due to it being able to hunt lights they do gang up on me sometimes with Streaks which can knock me right out of the fight.

In general this mech can take any medium or heavy 1vs1 due to it's speed and high alpha. But like i say, speed is the key and never hang around if you get focussed fired, by more than 1 mech.

AMS would come in handy now with the new LRM buff but i haven't ran my flame since the patch so i've not changed anything yet.

If you read as bad as you write, i could of wrote a Harry Potter sized novel about the Flame and you still wouldn't of learnt anything.

My reading of my second language is better than my writing, thx for asking. Show me your german and we can talk. Or better yet: Post a guide in the "guide"-section...
