I always had a soft spot for the Ceasar, but I think it's short on variants that would actually be different (Similar to the issue the Wolfhound has).
I can't really name one, but a fast medium (6/9/6) would be nice to see, but the Phoenix Hawk is off the table. The Clint and the other one mentioned here might work though.

Assassin or Vulcan are my top Medium contenders left, largely because they are lighter mediums (we are a little top heavy) that are fast, and jump.
Assassin (one of my faves from MW2 Mercs)

118 base top speed, 7 JJs and 2 missile weapons and an energy hardpoint
technically has 4 available versions, though hardpoint manipulation like the quickdraw is required.
Vulcan

97 kph, 6 JJ. Extremely unique silhouette, 2 ballistic and 2 energy mounts stock.
4 variants also available.

Vulcan would be a hoot, if only because it is so dramatically different from the other [STOCK HUMANOID MECH GOES HERE] aesthetic most of the IS mechs of the time period possess.
