Depends on what you put on, what you change, how much armor, etc.

Customization a Warhawk for example is not cheap.
Doing anything with an LB-20, Clan AC/20, or UAC/20... over a million cbills.

Which is less than DHS tax. And you never buy engines. Or ES/FF. And I have bought only one pod. There are only 13 actual variants of the 24. I'm happy leveling the primes and using the others for parts. So, like I said: depends how you do it.

Actually you can strip the other configs of THEIR pods and save them like that. You will get a notification that you cannot enter match like this, just click OK and now you have free omnipods in your inventory for use with your current playing config. The only omnipods without a stock config that I know of are Kit Fox C right arm and Nova A right torso, so you still have to pay to get them.

Yes. That's precisely what I've done. The KFX-C right arm is the one pod I've bought.
