Good effort PGI, just the sort of promotion which is good for the game and players, hopefully we'll see more of this going forward which I'm sure will make some people feel appreciated and therefore more likely to put real money in...

I gotta admit. This made me play more matches. Though once I got it. I suddenly felt much less interested. I look forward to more things like this. Hell it'd be awesome if they started giving out weapons or generators for wins. :3

Geeze took little over a hour and a half to get my last two wins. This little giveaway might have brought players back, but it also brought the cranky tryhards who blame everyone else for their loss. (Because y'know, its totally everyone elses fault they ran ahead and died with a score of under a hundred)

Gotta say the PR guy that came up with this promotion is going to get a glass of milk and a cookie for sure.

They have to spend money to make money and in this example they gave up sales to a mech and mech bay, but increase sales as people need more bays (especially new players) if they want more Cents to get more than basic skills then they drop a couple dollars the get the extra bays.

Great marketing is when you can keep the old players happy, make old ones come back and make the newcomers feel welcome.

Kudos PGI, about time you earned some loving.

How long does it take after the 5th win to show up in our Mech Bay, I have 5 and dont see it yet.

Edit 1: Ok seems it took 2 log outs / in and about 5+ minutes. Not too bad. I have a lot of issues with the pace and scope of development, but thanks for the free mech PGI

I've had one CN9-A before the event already. Finished the challenge (got 5 wins) and was awarded with an empty mechbay only. Have anybody else experienced this? Is this a bug?

Got the mech after my second log out, then loggin in.
You just have to do it twice. So not a bug.
