I play between two completely different computers (one work, one at home). My loadouts have not changed for the past 48 hours (at least). I've noticed that when I change computers for the day, my firing groups in matches are incorrect and I have to fix them. Here is an example;

Work
Group 1:
4ML
Group 2:
2 SRM6
2 SRM4

Home
Group 1:
4ML
2 SRM4
Group 2:
2ML
2 SRM6
2 SRM4

Sometimes it will be as little as a single weapon going from 2 to 1 or vice versa. I don't know anyone else who plays the game betwee multiple computers like I do, so I can't confirm if it's happening to the people I know that also play. Has this happened to anyone else? Once I reset my groups, playing on that computer is fine and consistent.

Your weapon groups are saved on the computer you are playing on.

The file is
\MechWarrior Online\USER\Profiles\<profile name>\weapongroups.xml

and is not downloaded from a server to a computer you log in with. But it can happen that you have to redo the weapon groups from time to time (because of a major patch for instance, and they decided to reset the groups).

Weapongroups and graphics-settings are stored locally on your machine, not the MWO-servers.
