Betty isn't talking as much as she used to be, and I think it's a big fat bug.

Half of the time, she doesn't tell me whether or not any limbs are destroyed (in the heat of battle I don't know it until my arm goes flying past my cockpit!).

Half of the time, Betty also doesn't tell me when a weapon is destroyed.

You may have betty's voice in the audio settings set too low, or there where so many things happening at one time that some got overwritten. That would be my guess.
