I really enjoyed working with the Catapult.

I have gone through multiple mkXXX versions.
MWO does not know truly what they have and the flexibility of the Catapult.

mk II - Upgraded Weapon Pod
mk III - Improved Missile Pods (rack mounted missiles) slide in missile launchers in the Pods
mk III - Improved Weapon Pod pods moved from the Jagermech to the Catapult
mkiV - FrankenCat (mkI to the TimberWolf) added the Cataphract Arms and Cicada Armour Plates

FrankedCat on Patrol
Arms and IMP

Interesting......

hmmm, maybe it woul look a bit better if the armpods weren´t so "fat" have you tried the armpod from the cent-9al, yet?

oh, and me thinks that a civilisation that uses battlemechs in cities doesnt use that kind of trafficlights, because of obvious reasons^^(collateral damage by just walking trough the streets :-D)

Here is a new render.

I went through the Cats and found out there are V types.

mkI - Missile Cat
mkII - Gun Pod Cat
mkIII - Improved Gun Cat (Jagermech Pods)
mkIV - Scout Cat (Cicada Armour Plates)
mkV - Franken-Cat

Here a render of the Franken-Cat
Oh Cr8p..... this is not good.

I like this idea a lot. My only suggestion would being up the missle pods to the LT/RT as to prevent the Shoulder actuators the ability to move. Otherwise I would drop some of the MC I am saving on this.

Started bring the master map back into the Catapult from the old model that has most of the Camo Patterns and did a test render and thought is was a good render and decided to post it.

Is the scale correct? I mean it looks like it's 4 stories tall, that would be ~10 meters.

The Catapult is 17.2 meters high
A standard first floor of a building is 7.8 meter and 2nd plus floors are 3.9 meters high. Then start over again at the 20th floor.

So the Catapult is be 3 1/2 floors high from the ground floor.

I could be wrong.

Sorry my bad.
The Atlas is 17.6m and the Catapult is 14.8m

So that would make it 3 stories high.

I have finished the fine tuning of the Franken-Cat.
I changed the missile ports from the seen LRMs to the closed SRM ports and added the PPC map to the arms.

I think this would a GREAT mech to add to MWO.
Are you listening MWO.... :P

We could use an IS 75 tonner... :P very nice, that would be the biggest arm hit box in the history of arms though... Who am I kidding...i'd still try it.
