i like how in mechwarrior 3 and 4 or maybe it was just 4 how you can flush your coolant once per match and it takes away your heat and falling down if you got in in the leg and i dont know if it is confirmed but cooling down quicker with water?

There is a Coolant Flush, it's a module that you can purchase for your mech. Collisions were removed because (I believe) there were some issues. They've been looking at bringing it back, but no official decision as of yet afaik. I believe heat sinks in the legs DO get the benefit of extra cooling when standing in water in this game, however since single heat sinks are the only ones that fit in leg slots and nobody uses singles in this game, it's not a factor for most people.

i have used cool shit which is the module but they are awful and anything about bringing back the leg drop i would love to be able to drop people and watching them fall

Because of the way the servers work fallen mechs would warp to a new location before they started getting up.

There's also a video on youtube of a premade griefing a dev during a match by repeatedly giving him "hugs". Probably didn't help the case for collisions.

But at least we don't just walk through each other anymore.
