Sadly it isn't.
Assuming you're running an intel Mac, you need to get the Windows 0S then install it on your Mac and use bootcamp. Once in the Windows you can play MWO.

Mechwarrior is owned by Microsoft, so don't expect any native support for other operating systems. You'll need Windows or some sort of emulation.

MacWarrior ?
Honestly.. You will go nowhere with this unless you are willing to dual boot to windows using that thing they call Bootcamp or whatever.

It's terrible business sense for PGI too ignore mac users. What other consumer group so values style over substance?
Remember the controversial $500 "golden mech?"
Mac users would have lined up outdoors for days in order to be the first to purchase one.
Then, they would queue up to do the same thing next year, for "golden mech v2" (exactly the same thing, but a slightly different shade of gold).
There would be no grousing about the cost of hero/champion mechs, paint schemes, and camos, on the mac subforum, that's for sure. There would be no grousing about "CW" as long as shiny new mechs were released regularly.
PGI is missing out on a great business opportunity.

Yep the only way to do it is if you have an Intel Mac you can install windows using Bootcamp and then run it through Windows. It works just fine, I was given a MacBook Pro as my work computer and the first thing I did with it was install Windows, and now I run MWO on it (its my newest/fastest computer, beats my 5.5 yr old ASUS G50V).
