Dear people in charge.

I am normally a patcient person, I have been calm through out the whole process. How ever....I have run the repair tool over a dozen times, and uninstalled and reinstalled at least half a dozen times in an attempt to repair what ever damage your UI 2.0 patch did to the game so that I could play it. And I have lost my patcience. It happens every time I try to load a map and play.

Cry engine Error, Memory Allocation Failure for xxxxxxxxxx bytes, game crashes.
.
I have been playing MWO since closed beta. I have -never- had this problem up until the UI 2.0 patch. I have been hoping that one of the patches after the original would fix what ever error it is that is causing this with out having to resort to numerous failed attempts with the repair tool, and reinstalling. But my hopes it would seem have been in vain. Nothing seems to work, and it is becoming quite distressing. I -had- premium time left when the patch hit, premium time I recived from purchasing the Overlord pack. I had a little under three weeks of time left, and it is gone. Wasted while I struggled to find a solution to the problems the UI 2.0 was full of. That is both wasted time, and wasted money. Not somethig I am happy about. At all.

I want very much to continue playing and supporting MWO, I love the game, and I am strong supporter of it. But In order to do so I -need- a solution. Please fix what ever it is that is broken.

What's in your user.cfg?

… Why a 32-bit OS with 8GB of RAM? (I can think of one trick to explaint that, but it seems obsucre, so I ask.)

I have to agree with Goose this could be the cause of your issues. maybe start by upgrading to win7 64bit. Win 7 32bit will only recognize 4gb of ram unless you've hacked the registry.
