Are they going to add c-bills and xp to private matches? That is going to make private matches somewhat unpopular if they don't

I doubt it- it'll be too easy to farm c-bills/xp with your friends in private matches. I think they're great for tournament play and training exercises though, so I don't particularly mind that I can't earn c-bills.
