If we buy a sale camo for an assault mech, can we use it on other mechs? I'm guessing no since the sale is only for it? Or is that just to make ppl buy an assault mech?

When you buy a cammo one of two things happens
1) you buy the cheap version which is one paint-job for one mech (which will last until you change paint schemes)
2) you buy the expensive version which is a permanent unlock for that chassis (IE: All Atlas or all Highlanders)

awww man that's too bad. I was hoping it would be like colors and be usable on all. I'm def not going to buy a camo for every mech >_< so I don't feel like playing the mech I bought it for more than others(also, that would be quite expensive.) I would've had to buy an assault mech for the sale too to even get it in the first place.

Give them a break they just put out direct x 11 of course there will be performance issue, I am hoping to eventually see more Direct x 11 Features and better graphics detail eventually, However it may mean that PGI may need upgrade hardware for this to happen I don't know?

You see hint, some of us see the latest in a large school of red herrings. Like Pavlov's fishing dog, we have been trained to not to get our hopes up.

In any case, I'm confident I'll have 24 new Mechs to play with come June... not sure whether I'll be able to use them for anything more than 10 minute skirmishes, but I guess we'll see.

Appogee Can I ask how much do you know about computers ?, Please be advised I don't mean any disrespect, When you add something new there is always going to be some form of issue that need sorting out, Direct x 11 is an upgrade on physics, Graphics and all these new fancy effects that you see when you blow something up.

Thats why you will find that PGI is introducing some components of Direct x 11 at time to gauge performance issues. The servers are dealing with around 1000 of game matches of 12 vs 12 in witch it has to render the maps add all graphics and fancy physical affects and at same time observe all games in action as player play them out. That alone can be very demanding for servers its possible PGI may need to tweak or otherwise upgrade Servers over time to gain some performance.

I have bought camo for only two chassis - and regret it on one of them
Centurion and Commando - guess which one didn't need the camo!

I have made a post about the Jester Sale on the Heavy Battlemech Guide Section when he was on sale (50% off). I was thinking about buying one of them, but i've decide to don't buy it, i have already some hero mechs. You have to check the "sale screen" often on the new UI, sometimes there is some "Ninja Sales" just like Xeno has tell us... I like this term, Ninja sales!!

I have buying the Protector and the Muromet when they were both at 50% off, good deal!
