Hey guys,

I've been unable to join a game ever since this patch. I bought an Atlas and some paint using MC yesterday so that part is working fine, but whenever I try to join a match, I get a connecting screen, but it just brings me back to the MechLab, while listing my mech as "In Game".

I get the "Searching" screen for 30 seconds, then the "Connecting" screen for another 30 seconds, then I am brought back to the MechLab. I've timed it a few times, and it's the same in each case. Could this be because of a timeout preset in the client?

I just spent $30 on a D-DC yesterday, my first real in-game purchase, but I can't even connect to the game now! Heeeelp!

Update: Tried getting into the Testing Grounds. It works fine. I think it is a timeout issue.

Try running the repair tool (may take multiple times, did for me)

http://mwomercs.com/...public-release/

Best practice is to run it at least once after each patch to be safe.

If that doesn't work, try submitting a support ticket with a DXDiag, Omicron log and Trace Route attached.

Good luck with resolution

Trace route may be the best bet as you may be hitting distance issues from Karachi or there may be an ISP block inadvertently in place.

Okay I just ran the repair tool twice. Didn't work. Just uninstalled the client and reinstalling it now. Let's see if that works. Err, at the expense of sounding like a noob, what's an Omicron log?
