I've seen crazier ideas get results.

This is "better"
WVR-6K

Since the primary source of firepower comes from the PPCs, it reduces your exposure time greatly, allowing you to torso twist, and subsequently gain speed for evasion.

Not that the 4 LL idea is "bad"... this is not the chassis to do it in.

BoomJager, lose a side torso, lose the mech. And really lose it, not just reduced to being a a meat shield with a TAG.

If you know what you're doing, glass cannon builds and other weirdness will work in this game. Such as the infamous Damon Howe BoomCada.

If you are still hell bent on the idea...
WVR-6K

Removed the tag and shaved a little shield arm armor. The tonnage would be reused to increase the engine, thus improving torso twisting and heat dissipation.

Alternate variation:
WVR-6K

Could use a 320XL, but whatever.

This is true, but having all 4 LLs in the same arm means that you can use the left arm and left torso as a shield, prolonging the amount of time your Mech is still capable of fighting.

Yeah, this build never worked as well in practice as it did on paper.

Well the idea is - four identical weapons - mounted together - With accuracy from arm mobility - A steady hand should be able to go for rear-side-torsoes and cockpits...

I take it the griffin is inherently superior (except in looks) though?

three llas in mine, a mlas in the head and an srm 6 in the torso. Really works well if you chain fire.

Yeah I still have that loadout on the mech. 2+2 Large Laser gets results, torso twist and avoiding aggro are needed.

I swap the tag for more speed and 1 more heatsink. Wolverine

I put 4 MPLs in the arm and a regular medium in the head.

I do okay as long I have scarier friendlies around to soak up fire.

Try this instead. A bit of tweaking to the armor, slightly faster, and slightly cooler, though it does lose the TAG.

UBCSlayer has an interesting build:

XL375
5 MLs
ASRM6

I never tried it though. Got pissed at this mech and rage sold it. Kinda wish I didn't now.

If there is one thing I have learned from playing MWO and starting out in Centurions is that you don't want to rely on just your right arm for firepower.

I like torso main weapons to survive as long as I do, but arm mounted medium lasers for fighting lights. This is why I now run as Shadow Hawks and Orions.

That's an awesome loadout on the 6K. It's literally just a bigger, faster Wang (lol)... But on the plus side, if you still have the 7K, it does the fast skirmisher thing better. There's not a lot of difference between 121kph and 116.
