The last 3 games, i die within 30-40 seconds maybe of the game starting? Someone fires LRM's at me, and about 30 missiles (approx) hit me, totally wipe out all front armor, crit my centre torso.

Anything more than a small laser to the torso after this kills me.

Why are a small amount of missiles killing me straight away before i even get the chance to fight?

When driving a cataphract, unless its a standard engine brawler build, exercise monty python's rule of not being seen...Anybody that focuses on thier aim on you will wipe you in a few hits with an xl engine DOnt get in close unless you know you can clobber your opponent in a few shots. Despite the firepower these are not good brawlers, they dont have the armor for it. Just sit back in adv zoom and hammer away at the enemy teams slow moving atlases and watch your damage pile up. its what I do.
