I was wondering how you would nerf mechs with 1 JJ without nerfing mechs that have several... but it seems like maybe it didn't work out that way. I've run out of fuel several times. I'll have to test and see if my SDR-5V can still clear the walls in HPG Manifold. :)

I run 4+ JJs on all of my Medium Mechs (Mechs that allow JJs... trolls beware)... they have no issue (on my end) with maneuvering or jumping to elevated positions. Post a video to prove the effectiveness of less vs more JJs.

My GRF-1S with 7jj also feels sluggish with max jets.
I used to just sail through the air and clear obstacles like superman, definitely feels like I'm getting alot less thrust now.

Sorry but no sympathy for this sort of stuff. Youre in a mech that weighs 40-100 tons, not a helicopter. JJs are tactical devices, not magic anti-grav machines.

*shrug* The only JJs I've noticed any real effect to were the Class 1's (Highlander). My Class II and Class III's aren't so bad. Heck, I'll be honest, I haven't noticed any difference in either my Griffins or my 'Phract.

My Griffins run 7 JJs and clear Canyon walls fine. I can go from lowest point to high ground with barely any fuel left but still get there.

I tested 1-7 JJets on my Griffin on Crimson (the very tall building next to the Victor in Testing grounds).
With 7 JJets you can hop on to the very tall building (a 2 level building) in 2 jumps.
With 5JJets you need to use another building as a 3rd step in between.
and with 3 JJets you need to jump 5 times to get on top with the help of other buildings.

It's also pretty easy to get on tall buildings in River City.
