A Battlemaster would work too. Hanse Davion piloted one for a long time.

You will get some idea The interesting thing though is which canon Davion favorite toys will translate into the game. Will we see more Victors and Centurions when CW is launched? Hope to find out soon *wink wink at PGI*

Now for the common mechs that are in game there are Locusts, but the are common everywhere, blackjack, centurion, griffin, wolverine, jagermech, cataphract, victor, and atlas.
Most of the mechs mentioned are made by more then one faction though. Javelin, Valkyrie, enforcer, dervish, centurion, and jagermech are the only mechs that are true davion.
Now mechs like the spider D, is a davion modification, but davions have vary few spiders they have to raid, or buy parts from house Marik for spider parts.

Not entirely sure on that point. The original producing facility for the spider IS in Fedcom space, with another a lot closer on old terra...

Lights:
- Commando: Originaly designed by the Lyrians but now the official light mech of the Fed-Com armed forces.
- Firestarters: Built in the federated Suns a staple of Davion-backed mercenary units
- Blackjack: It's a baby Jager.
- Trebuchet: Standard LRM boat of the Federated Suns
- Centurion: Designed specifically to compliment the Trebuchet, mixed Treb/Cent Lances are the standard medium combat unit of the Davion Guards.
- Wolverine: Sister-mech of the PheonixHawk another classic Davion mech, built by Kallon Heavy industries, House Davion's official purveyors of Boom.
- Jagermech: Along with the Victor Jagers are pretty much the poster-mechs of the Federated Suns and the Davion approach to combat. (when in doubt, bring more guns)
- Thunderbolt 5S, 9S: The standard Fed-Com Heavy mech.
- Cataphract 3D: Variant of the Phract build by the Davions after capturing the Capellan march
- Victor: The other Davion "Poster-Mech", so much so that Davion princes name their sons after it
- Battlemaster: Made in
AmericaThe Federated Suns baby!
There are others, but these are the ones that are unquestionably Davion/Fed Suns in origin. If you're going to RP a Davion pilot in the 3025-3055 time-frame these are the mechs that you'll want to look at.

I LOVE these kinds of questions, especially regarding my home faction. A lot of great replies, and excellent input there, but what I find, is, some of these sources miss some key points.
For quite sometime now, I've been considering giving a MW:O Faction Mech list of my own a crack. Maybe one day, but for now, allow me to expound, one by one, on our very own, Federated Suns.
Light Mechs:
-LCT-1V Locust: Produced by every House in the Inner Sphere, and quite common in every House Army.
-LCT-1M Locust: A Davion variant of the 1V, popular with the Ceti Hussars (in this case, "M" means "Missile", not "Marik").
-LCT-1E Locust: A not so common variant of the 1V, available across the Inner Sphere.
-LCT-3S Locust: Steiner upgrade of the 1V, manufactured for the Federated Commonwealth.
-COM-2D Commando: Iconic Steiner Light mech, available to Davion units as members of the Federated Commonwealth.
-SDR-5V Spider: Relatively rare outside of Marik and Kurita space (I know, right?), House Davion managed to obtain several in the year 3000.
-SDR-5D Spider: Davion variant of the 5V, which, like House Kurita's 5K, is used primarily for Anti-Infantry duties.
-FS9-H Firestarter: Though originally manufactured in Steiner space, it can now be found in every House Army.
-FS9-S Firestarter: Steiner upgrade of the H, manufactured for the Federated Commonwealth.
-JR7-D Jenner: Iconic Kurita mech, common in Draconis March based Davion units due to high rate of capture and salvage.
-RVN-2X Raven: Davion modification to Liao RVN-1X Ravens captured during the 4th Succession War.
Medium Mechs:
-CDA-2A Cicada: Though currently only manufactured in House Marik space, it can be found in every House Army.
-BJ-1 Blackjack: Common Davion and Liao Medium mech, considered sub-par by most House Armies (but we know better. ).
-BJ-1DC Blackjack: Davion variant of the BJ-1, designed after Michael Ubodo's success with the garrison unit on Xhosha VII.
-BJ-3 Blackjack: St. Ives Compact variant of the BJ-1, all were turned over to House Davion after the 4th Succession War.
-BJ-A Blackjack "Arrow": The personal mech of Michael Ubodo (though in lore "The Arrow" was a standard BJ-1).
-CN9-A Centurion: Iconic Davion workhorse Medium mech, though also found in every other House Army as well.
-CN9-D Centurion: Davion upgrade of the A, manufactured for the Federated Commonwealth.
-CN9-YLW Centurion "Yen-Lo-Wang": Personal ride of Justin Xiang-Allard, and later his son, Kai Allard-Liao. Modified CN9-A.
-HBK-4G Hunchback: Can be commonly found in every House Army.
-TBT-5N Trebuchet: Can be commonly found in every House Army.
-GRF-1N Griffin: Can be commonly found in every House Army.
-GRF-3M Griffin: Marik design built by the Federated Commonwealth from plans captured during the 4th Succession War.
-KTO-18 Kintaro: Downgrade of the Star League era KTO-19, manufactured solely in Davion space.
-SHD-2H Shadow Hawk: Can be commonly found in every House Army.
-SHD-2D Shadow Hawk: Davion variant of the 2H.
-SHD-2D2 Shadow Hawk: Davion upgrade of the 2D, manufactured for the Federated Commonwealth.
-WVR-6R Wolverine: Commonly found in every House Army.
Okay, this is a start, taking a break, and hope to have some time to add Heavies and Assaults later.
Hope this helps.
*Edited to remove "-RVN-3L Raven: Pride of House Liao, the occasional Capellan March based Davion unit obtained these through capture or salvage.", since on reflection, I'd have to say that at this point in the timeline the above scenario would likely be so rare as to be insignificant to Davion availability. If, on the other hand, a player wanted a reason to RP their own possession of the above mech, this would be the likely explanation.

Great post, and I can tell you're a fan of the lore, but I have a few small corrections for you.
The Firestarter has never been built in Davion space. Rather it was built in Steiner space, originally on Skye by Argile Industries (a factory since destroyed), from where it eventually spread through the entire Inner Sphere, and then later on Coventry by Coventry Metal Works for the Federated Commonwealth.
While the Centurion was originally designed as an operational partner for the Trebuchet by Corean Enterprises, sadly this awesome pairing never became standard for anyone as intended. While the Centurion was built by Corean at their factory on New Avalon, the Trebuchet was actually built by Corean at their factory on Stewart, in the Free Worlds League, and once the Succession Wars hit, the Davions more or less claimed the Centurion as their own, with the Mariks taking the Trebuchet. Both designs were already pretty common Sphere-wide, but the Trebuchet has never really been heavily associated with House Davion because of the above. If you're looking for the House Davion Medium LRM Boat, check out the Dervish, which really fills that description (I really hope they add it to MW:O some day ).
Nice touch on the Wolverine. It actually is fairly iconic for House Davion in it's own way, though not as much as the Blackjack, Jagermech (as you noted), and Centurion. Probably more so than the Thunderbolt though, which isn't currently manufactured in Fed-Suns space, and while certainly readily available to Davion units, is far more common on the Steiner side of the border. Sadly, like the Dervish, the best examples of standard Fed-Com Heavy mechs aren't currently available in MW:O.
The Victor was meant to be the standard Davion assault, but the damn Dracs captured our factory in The War of 3039, and reduced us to buying all our Victors from the St. Ives Compact. Still, it is a pretty iconic Davion Assault. The Battlemaster is only built in Steiner and Marik space, and we certainly do have access to the Steiner production line. What really makes the Battlemaster iconic though, in spite of not being produced "locally", is that it was the preferred ride of the greatest First Prince in the history of the Federated Suns, Hanse Davion.
Anyhow, glad you have such an interest in the lore. I really wish there was more immersion into it built into the game, but PGI has been doing some nice stuff lately that adds to it.
I wouldn't mind stricter faction purchasing lists though on these sales, along with better "faction color" choices. In what world are the 4 best colors for House Davion "Maize", "Crimson", "Ox Blood" and "Black Cherry"? Find me the unit that uses that paint scheme eh? I was really hoping for a Blue/Red/White/Green combo of colors, to match all our most iconic parade paint schemes and Royal family colors.
Ah well, next time.

And yeah, I do definitely agree, both would absolutely be commonly available, so there's ample reason a Davion Mechwarrior could/would roll out in either of those.
All in all, you get an enthusiastic salute of respect!
P.S. Any bonus points for having named my BLR-1G(P) "Dark Death"?
