You have to open up MS Paint after you pressed the two buttons, then you should see a clipboard that says Paste. Just click that button, and presto. You're done.

you should open open MS Paint next to the window and click the Clipboard that says Paste.

This is my Wolf-in-Exile / Kell Hound merger paint:

The Brown symbolizes Clan Wolf in Exile and the Red and Black symbolizes the Kell Hounds. It shows the family ties between the father & son leaders. Wolf Khan, Phelan Kell and Kell Hound leader, Morgan Kell. These colors also represent the cordial relations between the Kell Hounds and the Wolves.
