I want to start over. Is there a way to start back from the beginning and still use my current e-mail address?
Thanks to anyone that can help.

I had the same problem when I started and didn't know the cadet bonus was the reason I earned so many Cbills spent on the wrong items. I asked and it was not possible. So I reenlisted using another email address..

If you haven't gotten too deep yet I would start over with a new e-mail address, unfortunately that also means new pilot name. If you just have to use the same pilot name try to use a 2 in the place of S. Way back in the days before we had cadet bonuses and trial mechs had single heat sinks I bought a raven 2x as my first mech, took me a while to dig out of that hole, so I can sympathize with you.

There is no straight "reset account" option. Contact support@mwomercs.com. They may be able to do do that for you. Be aware that if it happens, it will likely be a one-off thing.

If you don't want a new email address you can always just grind it like the rest of us

You can always salvage your current account, though it would be painful. I remember someone who bought a commando because it was the cheapest, wasted the rest of his cadet bonus and still manage to "rescue" his account.

Seriously, I would suggest giving your current account a go, rather than ditch. If stats are a worry, there is a reset coming. If it is C Bills, well then join the queue of po' li'l mechwarriors.
One of the best legitimate uses for MC is Premium time. The grind is enormous, so it is pretty much not even an option at times. Heroes - Ilya Muromets currently the best for brawlers, followed by - and I speak under correction - Misery and Firebrand. The rest are extremely iffy and never the best chassis of their type. I actually have a few heroes cluttering around, and can suggest current top lights are the Ember and the X5 is an honorary light which I have much fun with. Oxide is also -almost- a license to print damage, but there must be a reason I see so few lights being used for grinding cash.
Remember that any mech you want at full potential you need to buy 3 variants of, so yeah, the grind will never be short. And that is the second good use of MC. More Mech bays.

Oh, and Smurfy can be used to plan future builds. http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/mechlab

Well, they're going to reset everyone's stats, but that's probably not what you want? I'm guessing you want your Cadet Bonus period back? I don't think that's going to happen. Many of us pissed away our Cadet Bonus on junk because we didn't know any better.
If you need C-Bills, the most cost/time efficient way is to buy some Premium Time. And play well.
