Step 1: Educate yourself.(If you're reading this, you've already started Step 1, but it is a continuous requirement, not a one time event.)
Step 2: Team work. It should be obvious that in a game involving 12 players versus 12 players, team work would be absolutely critical, but it's odd how often your team seems like it's not a team at all. This is a very difficult thing to do in PUGs(in any game).
Step 3: Be a good sport. A winner who exhibits poor sportsmanship has no place in a team game. A loser who exhibits good sportsmanship, would probably make a great team mate.

Nice topic.
I named myself plodder.
It was due to my non gamer talents.
I can think around corners, but not shoot around them.
I have improved, but understand my place in being steady, if not great.

Don't worry. This is a tough game if you are used to other 1st person shooters.
Physical advice. Do not focus on where torso is, make knowing where your legs are facing, the center of your play. After that, everything else falls into place. Do not use the center torso crutch, eliminate it from your keyboard. Forget using the training wheels.
