Wasn't so bad having that slow Atlas escort my legged Raven for a bit. Felt just a tiny bit safer.

Yeah, I agree. Learning is the name of the game. I think the key is simply remembering the line between constructive criticism that "informs and instructs", and just being a pompous assbag. This isn't the actual army, we don't need any R. Lee Ermeys up in our games right?

UNLESS...
I AM said squirrel.
If that be the case, well, by all means...chase away friends. Chase away.

Tell everyone to capture base. Some extra points are great.
Some idiot kills the last guy. Despite several telling not to do.
Ofcourse it's in the solo que

Therra Therma: Assault, I tell them to not go center. Why? they ask. I tell them there is nothing to be gained by clogging the entrance and get whittled down that we should go for their base or wait outside. Guess what happens.
If you can only field one or two mechs at a time but those inside can focus half their teams firepower on those two mechs, guess who wins the war of attrition. Why are people stupid?

What gives?
They are still in the training grounds and still look great.

Also got into a match with some dumb ******* in a Timber Wolf who thought he was better then me, I beat him with my beloved battlemaster but it was the most drawn out, annoying fight I'd ever been in.

Good start to a game in HPG,massive brawl at basement and my mech just gets stuck on nothing,i mean WTF,i just hate when this game just blatantly cheats and trolls you.
Does not matter,im at turret mode guarding theta and my team just falls one by one..,Dire Whale comes to the cellar,i unleash wubs,he dies, and i die because my legs just spontaneously combust.

its always better when some light mech jumps into your line of fire when you are lining up a 50-65 dmg alphastrike.

I second that! I want the lilly pads back, they were such a wonderfully unique facet to the map.
"but I can't see what I'm shooting at!" ...yeah...that's the idea...
besides, you know you have a target when your reticle turns red so use that for goodness sake!

It's always better when said light pilot then complains about how you 'have bad aim' to the whole team, after sprinting through multiple lines of fire like a laser hungry lemming.

My whine: Whales that rip your arm off, with friendly fire, because they haven't checked their line of fire, have ungodly firepower at their disposal, and can't wait to shoot.
I didn't walk into his line of fire, he came up behind me.

Needless to say I did get a *sorry* eventually, but having my leg reduced to just a dark red outline thanks to someones stupidity...
We can get shot up by people who think that Direwhales mounting 4-6 UAC's are a *good* build.... we don't need our team mates doing the enemy teams work for them...

What's worse is when you're the LRM mech and you have the assault brawlers HIDING BEHIND YOU because they want to make sure you take damage first either by the enemy or them if you won't tank for them like an idiot. Been seeing lots of that.

Complainer only does 181 damage.
I'm the only one to get a kill out of the whole team, which gets curb stomped in all under 2 minutes.
