well, it's annoying
joined a cw, dced, rced, half of my team (and nobody on the enemy team) dced, they rced except two... so we fought 10 v 12 and almost won, leaded by kills, but then a few of us who left at the very end dced again! we couldn't kill omega in time... it's a pretty shameful 'win' for those spheroid surats
may be if i hadn't lost my last crow stupidly we could win... or if i got a rocket fox instead though probably not because i dced second time too already being dead

So I dust off my TDR-5S(P) for this event (I still hadn't even leveled my Thuds, even this long after the Phoenix launch ), and decide now's as good a time as any.

First match...Caustic Valley...and then this happens...



My whine is: That match as my first match right out of the gate, set the personal bar way too high, and now every match since then has been incredibly anti-climactic...because of course I'm not averaging that kind of thing by any means...

Thanks artificially inflated expectations. Thanks for nothing.

Internet went down in a thunderstorm. So I check the modem, the jack, the cables. No problems. Call the service provider... They make me repeat the whole process while I am on the phone with them. Then tell me they will send a tech tomorrow...who will do all the same things. And then at some point someone in an office somewhere will fix it by pushing a button. . . Frustrating.

I remember the glory days when MPL were over quirked so all the fighting happened at 220m. Those were good days for my little ankle biting locusts and srm ambushing commandos.

long range camping will still happen... they will use gauss and a couple lasers...or gauss and ERPPCs...or gauss and SRMs

i run 2 er ppc on my tbr as well but with 2 srm6.
oh boy. thats so much awesomeness.

same goes for my summoner, 2 er large lasers and 3 srm6 lol.
its incredible how this thing rocks now.

On my summoners I run either 2 LB5x and 4 ERSL or 2 LB2x and 4 ERML... buth are very very fun lol

i used 2 c-uac2 for a while that spamming barrage was massive LOL but the damage... LOLNOPE

so..i just read the patch notes....

and I didnt' see anywhere in there where they buffed nascar, yet every team I've been on tonight had gone on a mad dash to the right, completely ignoring the enemy till they make at least 3/4 of a lap around the map

apparently UAVs are NOT indestructible... so why won't pugs ever shoot them down?? they'd rather ***** about LRMs then actually shoot a UAV

gave up on leveling my Gray Death

its just awful what kind punishment non-elited mechs get currently,struggling to break 300 damage in the damn thing.

I put lrms on my 2k so I could farm assists for more xp. I am terrible in proper shadowhawks but I do well with lrms, because they are easy mode. I figure every 400-500 damage round I do in a locust karmically offsets a round of "cheating" with lrms.

(So I don't offend anyone, I actually enjoy running LRM boats from time to time and do not consider it cheating for real...Do not place hot and cold items in the same bag...do not use hair dryer in the shower.)
