Lol, that sounds like me! I always start off the match with "o7 stick together all/spread out = dead" or sometimes "i'll call out weak/exposed targets as best I can". I'm an introvert in real life, don't talk a whole lot. However, my desire to win and get C-Bills has taken precedence to that comfortable silence, and usually a little bit of guidance is all a team needs to play well. I try not to sound bossy, but no matter what, there's always some sass in return every dozen or so matches.

Now, team plays like err... how to put it politely? Plays with a lot of room for improvements in all departments: Teamwork, positioning, movement, aiming and aggressiveness. You probably experienced yourselves what followed.
I was pointing out via chat how this was lacking, that we needed more coherence and teamwork, less backstanding. Sure enough no one listened and I soon was alone and got killed eventually as well. When I congratulaed the enemy team via allchat to an easy victory (because it was) just before i died, two of the enemy team enganged as well, telling me how to shut up complaining because I was just in a PPC-Mist Lynx and should better serve my team blablabla.
Now the score screen came up and alas, not only did I score the only kill and best of my team (not to brag, I'm an average player generally), but also those two individuals in the winning team were suddenly silent realizing that I outscored the "maliciousfemalebovine" in his BJ-3 and was not too far behind the MAD-3R of the other one, "godchieftain'ssixleggedmalehorse".
What I'm saying is: Quit this shouting down of people addressing mistakes. It's what others can learn from even in the public queue. I realize that a good portion of the younger players are of the "participation award" generation, not used to being criticized. But hey - just ignore everything and hug a tree. Mommy will be proud.
sorry for killing u that battle :S
tested out this new triple uac2 5slas loadout and your team made it easy lol.

Yeah, my guess is he saw that big scary Kodiak come around the corner and panicked. It wasn't that big of a deal, but just one more Dakka, Dakka, Dakka and I would have broke 1000 for the first time

Cool. Posts about suggesting that you somehow "foul play" contests by group dropping against groups that stand still to be solo and KMDD killed by you to torpedo you to the top of leaderboards doesn'T bother you? Not that i thought of anythingl ike that actually happening.Give some good guy (and i think you are one of them) enough time/games, and he can lead all leaderboards.
Besides that,
played FW again once for a long time. Had one guy complaining about bad, stupid team, not following orders etc.
But there was no one giving orders, he didn't give any suggestions besides "stay together" charge as a groupc, etc.)
Maybe we should have anticipated the next move he was about to do and blend into his "great scheme"?
Well, we lost, he cursed and sweared, a match that wasn't good, but not so bad either, was turned into something unnecessarilly salty.

Also, I feel pretty dumb when I get to the end of the match and realize, "hey that mech had jump jets" and I never used them because I forgot I had them.

People love o complain about PGI (and there are some valid issues to complain about), but many of the complaints that are directed at PGI should instead be directed at the players themselves.

Already had that a couple of times.
Happens when you swap mechs regularly.
Worst thing when you had a good game and come to think "gee, what I would have been able to accomplish if only I used those jjs"
