Think of it this way - by the time you can - the que's will have possibly shrunk some.

I dusted of my grid iron tonight to check the revised quirks....... Holy crap batman that 50% cooldown quirk is madness! If you have a quick aim its possible to shoot a hill humper twice with one gauss weapon.
Also proved handy for killing crabs i found too was my 4sp with 40% artemis srm6 cooldown. Again mad rate of fire!
Whine? Oh err matchmaker being as broken as ever and me being a complete tool wondering why my spider 5k isnt performing properly to find the jumpjets and some armour missing. Duh.

Speaking of Aliisa...soooo.
I FINALLY seem to have made my peace with the Huggin, by doing what I should have done in the first place and building a loadout that is as close to what Aliisa described in this very thread many pages ago. http://mwo.smurfy-ne...a349aef47a20c8c
So my whine is...what the hell took me so long to actually copy that loadout + why doesn't Aliisa start up a "Huggin School for People That Don't Huggin Good" or something like that?
No 1k+ games yet, but tonight alone I've managed to solo annihilate 1 Mad Cat, 2 Ryokens, 1 Atlas and 1 King Crab.
Turns out they all go down pretty easy when you melt their arms, legs and/or torso sections off so quickly.
ncie to see you going nuts in the huggin now

My whine is that I don't know what much of the whining in the General Discussion board will be about
(Ok, I'm lying, I know exactly what the whines will be......they'll still be the same whines that they have always been)

Cannot drop in a group into it....
Unless you are all in the same unit.
On the one hand, that puts us back into Open Beta matchmaking
On the other hand.... that puts us back into Open Beta matchmaking
Edit:
Not that particularly - but that as in CW in general

I understand that when you are engaging someone, and I walk in front of you, it is 100% my fault. I usually apologize.
But when I am standing still, and the people on the other side are just playing peekaboo, you have no reason to CORE my back.
Please, familiarize yourself with where the weapons on your 'mech are located.

Beyond tired of listening to people whining about "cheese" in what has been repeatedly labeled and warned as being openly competitive.
And listening to someone whine because a "cheese" tactic was even SUGGESTED in such a mode?
That is simply and blatantly stupid.
Cheese is part of what you GET with that.
IN ANY GODDAMN GAME.
Double liked for the awesome new Faction Logo you're sporting there Shar!

My second whine is my yo-yo mechwarrior skill level. Sometimes (rarely, but it does happen) I fight as if I am death incarnate, scoring 1K damage and several kills, then the next match it's as if someone replaced those godlike skills with those of ten-thumbed chimpanzee having a seizure. And it's not just "you just went up an ELO level". No, it's the fact that I suddenly make decisions I in my better moments _know_ are bad, and therefore avoid. I demand consistency, self! Why do I betray myself so?

I am still the cussing, contraction using, freeborn pirate/scum bag merc I have always been. Just took the contract for the cbills. Clan gold spends just like other gold, that and I have these clan mechs I need to work up. So not to worry when this week is up I am thinking about taking ether a davion or steiner contract. Probably not the dragon, that whole hate the merc bit and all but I hear that mybe changing. Back room rumors and such. Maybe a drop ship full of cn9s hmmmm
