Replies to tweets are nowhere near as visible and if they mass delete inflammatory forum responses, the backlash would be huge. Also, 3/4 of the playerbase would be banned as a result.

Last night (central 8:30-10:00 PM) my unit was running an 8-10 person group QP. We are mostly casuals t2-t5, I think one of us playing last night was a t1 player...one of us. Yet last night we played the same group (a 5-6 person group) of Antares Scorpions (they are a very good group of competitive folks in case you don't know) four times in a row. Four. We even waited for a bit after the third beat down to try and get some "distance" between them and us. But nope, got em again.

They are a competitive unit. We are a group of mostly casual players who play for an hour and a half after we get home from work. I think the best we did against them was get three kills. Longest match was maybe 5 minutes. This had to be as boring for them as it was miserable for us.

The fact that the MM is putting people like that against people like us repeatedly and consistently, suggests to me that the population has left the building or that the MM is totally broken. Either way I certainly hope I am wrong, but I fear that I am not.

Every friday night, me and for to 6 other players group up and play. We are all casual, not a competitive team member in the bunch, our tiers range from 1 to 3, a couple of weeks ago, we got teamed against a 6 man group of EmP 6 or 7 times in a row...

5 assaults... 6 assaults... and then 7 freaking Kodiaks + 2 'Hammers against a team with 3 70tonner as their heaviest 'Mechs, for an over 300t difference. Even the other team was disappointed.



Then there was another match where we faced 8 assaults, but in that one we had 3 on our side, so I guess that evens out, right?

Well, you did have one of those super OP Locusts on your team, which should have offset at least the 6 kdk-3's. Guess it must have been the one extra Kodiak that tipped the scale in their favor. Don't worry, Locusts will be "changed" in the next patch and MM won't have to counter balance it with so many assaults then.

Took a short hiatus after getting tiered of only hearing "Idiots!" on team chat. I'll try a couple of drops in the next day or so for the event but I'm getting tiered of the attitude some players bring with them to a god damn pickup game.

Yeah, you get guys who are used to getting carried by a top-tier group that practices together, uses every borderline-against the TOS performance "adjustment" and knows how to focus-fire as a group who then do a solo QM and trash talk people who are not at that level.
