[151st Light Horse Regiment]

Just got attacked and killed by a spider.

He was packing two LL's, LRM30 and Tag, and moving as fast as a spider usually does.

seems legit.

maybe your vision was skewed from the beat down, but that weapon loadout probably weighs as much as the whole mech should.

Thats what my point is.

I wasnt taking hits from anyone else, and he was stood like 100m in front of me.

Ummm no ... the LL and TAG could have belonged to the spider .. the LRM belonged to a team mate. There are no spiders with missile hard points and MWO can't be hacked that way. (though perhaps this is a mega fail troll thread ... )

Besides at 100m ... LRMs would do no damage.

Seems that way.
But if not then you had a Spider with tinfoil armour(To fit 2 LLs on it would have to be) standing @100M and didnt kill it. Your bad.

I`m very skeptical of this report...

The loadout is impossible on almost any light mech, both weight and hardpoint wise.... MIGHT work on a Cicada or raven, don`t know the hardpoints off the top of my head.....

(after smurfy time) Yeah, theoretically possible on 3 mechs... but not nearly as fast as stated, and with zero armor, and only 1 ton of lrm ammo...

But if you die to one of these builds, you probably aren`t Special Forces material

Any tangible proof, like a screenshot?

Did you submit a support ticket?

OR have you considered that it might be a 2ll/TAG spider and a teammate with LRMS?

Teamplay has always been OP

The obvious clue was that Spider's cannot carry LRMs.

It is probably the dev's trying out the 2nd hero spider, also watch out for the 6MG one. It's a real prickly fellow.

The HUD sometimes shows/mixes loadouts of different Mechs for the targetted Mech - after a while it may show the correct loadout, also when you switch Targets forth and back it should usualy work correct again.

Shouldn't you know by now how this works?

If you come across something like this, try to make screenshots or to take videos. No matter if you did that, report it to support and do not bring it to the forums. Here no one can help you!

If you want to make the game better, please use the correct channels to provide such feedback.
