About every 3rd or 4th time I enter the testing grounds the "CONNECTING" message in the middle of the screen does not go away and the client is locked there. Never get to the map, ESC doesn't work, nothing does. Only way out that I have found is ALT-F4 and reloading the client.
In case the map makes a difference I usually test on Forest Colony because it is heat neutral, unless I'm looking for heat related issues, so this has happened only there if memory serves me correctly. So far about 6-8 reboots.
This never happened to me before the March 18 patch.

Yep I've had it, I saw Sean Lang getting it on his stream the other day, had unit-mates getting it.

Since the 8 Mar patch this happens every time I go into a testing ground. It does not matter what testing grounds I use. I can use the testing grounds, but everything is dark because the "connecting" screen overlays everything. I used the MWO repair tool, but it did not resolve the issue.

Correction: since the 18 March patch. Several of my friends have the same issue. It's ridiculous.

I am now experiencing this every time I go to Testing Grounds.
The ''Connecting'' overlay (spinning circle and darkened mask) is continually displayed.
The only way I can exit Testing Grounds is to kill the game process.

I've had this happen a few times as well. Not every time, but now and then.
