I might need one like I need a hole in the head, but I'm running out of bays again. I'm heading into the field.

For those who are having trouble winning matches, remember this: You do not need to play alone. So play with someone, even me, and let's get ourselves a free mechbay. The game is always more fun with friends.

There's also public teamspeak channels that will help you find people to hang out with. Someone'll post them along sooner or later.

Thanks for the heads up ... guess I'll be online shortly. Good to see PGI stepping up like this also And Shar ... don't feel too bad. I have to work OT tomorrow, alarm goes off at 3am, so I'll only get a couple matches in, before it's bedtime tonight.

I could use the help. My best match so far has been in a trebuchet. My serious mechs aren't getting anywhere right now. The mix of LRMs and PPCs with ACs guarding them is a nightmare. I keep getting the higher end of my ELO and I want out.

I'm new to the game, and I've won about 5 matches, but it doesn't look like anything has changed.

It will show up in the lower left corner when your mechlab is selected. You start with 4 mechbays. 5 means you have earned this free one.

Also, if you go check your profile---->stats----->Challenges, it should show you whether it was completed or not.

Took me 15 matches solo dropping to get my Mech Bay....my "new" stats are such poop right now, but I really could use that Mech Bay, so glad the torture finally ended!

Hit Kismet last night. Four Corsairs logged on within minutes of one another, won six games out of seven, all logged off and went to bed. Sorry for those of you who've had the opposite luck. :/

Oh, and you'd have to maybe wait a bit for the mechbay to finally pop up for you to redeem. Just a note there, hopefully it's in by now for those of you without it.
