... this game had the same efficient responses to user issues that is evidenced by the Website & Forum area, the community would spend so much more money on this game.

Kyle, you are awesome. You have addressed countless issues posted here in a thoughtful manner, mostly by simply fixing whatever is broken. If the rest of PGI had this approach to the game itself, everything would be so much better.

The community keeps trying to get PGI to address issues, and the response thus far has been glacial. I really do hope this improves...
