You're darn right, my AC/20 Cicada has ECM! It's my go-to build for farming XP with ECM Mechs (for future conversion) when I run my Cicada 3M. If I want to run energy weapons, I use my Raven 3L with PPC and ERPPC (XL225). However, the Cicada affords a greater prolonged rate of fire since it's so much cooler.

Actually, I was hoping to find one parked in my driveway when I got home from work.
